Your use of Autoya is regulated and secure.
We place great importance on transparency and the proper use of our services. These Terms of Use define the rules applicable to accessing and using the Autoya product, as well as the rights and obligations of users and The Next Stories SAS.
The aim is to ensure responsible use, compliant with the law and respectful of everyone's rights.

1. Preamble
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the « Terms ») govern access to and use of the product Autoya, an AI-assisted software solution for generating and optimizing visual content, published by The Next Stories SAS.
Autoya is a product marketed as a web and mobile application. Use of the service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

3. Access to the service
Access to the Autoya service is reserved for:
adults with legal capacity
professional users or equivalent users
users with a valid account
The publisher reserves the right to refuse or suspend access to any user who does not comply with these Terms of Use.
4. Service description
Autoya enables, among other things:
the capture, import, and hosting of photographs
AI-assisted generation of visual content
the editing, optimization, and export of visuals
the use of generated or customized backdrops
the professional use of generated content, subject to the models used
The services are provided as is, and may change without notice.
5. Hosting and data
Photographs and content uploaded by users are hosted:
on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Ireland
within the European Union
in compliance with GDPR requirements
The Next Stories implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures, without any guarantee of the complete absence of risk.
6. Access to Phone Features (Mobile App)
The Autoya application may request permission to access:
the camera
the photo gallery
the device's media files
These accesses are strictly necessary for the service to function.
👉 The user retains control of these permissions at all times, which they can change or revoke via their device settings.
The Next Stories does not perform any hidden access, nor any collection outside the functional scope of the service.
7. User-provided content (photos, images, media)
The user is solely responsible for the content they capture, import, generate, or use via Autoya.
This includes in particular:
vehicle photographs
elements visible in the background
people appearing in the images
private or public places
⚠️ Liability regarding photographed persons
The user agrees to:
respect image rights
obtain the necessary authorizations when people are identifiable
ensure that the photos comply with applicable law
The Next Stories does not perform any prior verification of the authorizations obtained by the user.
8. Prohibited and unlawful content
It is strictly prohibited to import, generate, store, or distribute via Autoya any content:
pornographic or sexually explicit
child pornographic or involving minors
violent, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory
that violates human dignity
infringing the rights of third parties or applicable law
📌 Liability
The Next Stories acts as a technical intermediary and is not responsible for content uploaded or generated by users.
📌 Security measures and sanctions
In the event of unlawful content or content that is clearly contrary to these Terms of Use, The Next Stories reserves the right to:
suspend the account immediately
remove the relevant content
permanently ban the user
report the matter to the competent authorities if required by law
No compensation or refund may be claimed.
9. Content Generation by Artificial Intelligence
Autoya uses artificial intelligence models provided by third-party vendors via API.
In this regard:
The Next Stories does not own the AI models
each model has its own terms of use
some models may include usage restrictions
Generated content may contain imperfections inherent to the technology.
The user acknowledges that it is their responsibility to verify, validate, and use the generated content under their sole responsibility.
10. Intellectual Property
The Next Stories remains the holder of all rights relating to the Autoya platform
the user retains rights to the content they provide
rights to generated content are defined according to the AI model used
No transfer of intellectual property rights in the platform is granted.
11. Suspension and Termination
The Next Stories reserves the right, without prior notice, to:
temporarily suspend an account
restrict certain features
permanently ban a user
In particular in the event of:
violation of these Terms of Use
fraudulent or abusive use
generation or distribution of illegal content
compromise the security of the service
Termination results in the permanent loss of access to the service and any unused credits.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Next Stories cannot be held liable for:
content uploaded or generated by users
consequences related to the commercial use of visuals
decisions made based on generated content
outages related to third-party services
13. Changes to the Terms of Use
The Next Stories reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Users will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes.
