General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Clear conditions for a transparent business relationship.
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms for subscribing, billing, and commercial use of Autoya services. They govern the contractual relationship between The Next Stories SAS and its professional clients, in order to ensure a reliable collaboration, in accordance with industry practices and legal requirements.
Using Autoya services or subscribing to a subscription constitutes full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the « GTCS ») govern all sales of services offered under the Autoya brand, a software solution published and operated by The Next Stories SAS.
They apply to any professional customer, whether a legal entity or an individual acting in the course of their business, using or subscribing to Autoya services.
Any use of Autoya or subscription to a plan implies unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

Autoya is a registered trademark and a product marketed by The Next Stories SAS.
3. Description of Services
Autoya is a SaaS solution dedicated to creating automotive visuals, including in particular:
background removal and optimization of vehicle photographs;
the generation of AI-assisted backgrounds and visuals;
the hosting and management of visual content;
the export and professional use of generated visuals.
The services are provided as is, based on the features available at the time of subscription.
4. Subscriptions and commitment
4.1 Commitment term
Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or signed quote, Autoya subscriptions are entered into for a fixed term of twelve (12) months.
At the end of the initial period, the subscription is automatically renewed for successive periods of twelve (12) months.
4.2 Information before renewal
In accordance with good commercial practice, The Next Stories will inform the Client of the upcoming renewal of their subscription before the deadline, by email or notification.
4.3 Termination
Termination must be notified in writing (email or customer area) at least three (3) months before the annual due date.
Otherwise, the subscription is automatically renewed.
5. Rates and financial terms
Prices are indicated in euros excluding taxes (excl. VAT).
They may be:
displayed online on the Autoya website;
defined contractually in a quote or purchase order.
The Next Stories reserves the right to modify its rates, with no retroactive effect on current subscriptions.
6. Billing and payment
Billing is carried out according to the agreed frequency (monthly or annual).
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice and made via:
credit card;
bank transfer (depending on the plans).
Any late payment shall automatically result in:
the application of statutory late payment penalties;
a fixed indemnity of €40 for collection costs.
7. Credit System and Usage
Autoya subscriptions include a volume of credits corresponding to the use of the services.
The credits:
are consumed according to the usage made;
are neither transferable nor refundable;
expire at the end of the contractual period, unless otherwise stated.
No claim may be based on the total or partial non-use of the credits.
8. Client Obligations
The Client undertakes to:
use Autoya in accordance with its professional purpose;
provide lawful content that complies with applicable regulations;
respect image rights and the rights of third parties;
not bypass or attempt to circumvent technical limitations.
The Client remains solely responsible for the visuals used in the context of its commercial activity.
9. Liability – Specific Limits for the Automotive Sector
Autoya provides a visual processing and generation tool.
The Next Stories :
does not guarantee the commercial performance of advertisements;
does not intervene in the distribution of visuals;
is not responsible for the marketing or commercial decisions made by the Client.
The results may vary depending on the quality of the source photos, shooting conditions, and the uses made of them.
10. Suspension – Early Termination
The Next Stories reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, without compensation, in the event of:
failure to comply with the T&Cs or Terms of Use;
non-payment;
fraudulent or unlawful use;
harm to the image or security of the service.
Amounts already invoiced remain due.
11. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Next Stories reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
The new T&Cs apply:
to new subscriptions;
to renewals;
and, after prior notice, to subscriptions in progress.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the T&Cs as updated.
12. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Client acknowledges that:
subscribing to Autoya;
the activation of an account;
or the actual use of the service
constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes.
