We place great importance on transparency and the proper use of our services. These Terms of Use define the rules applicable to accessing and using the Autoya product, as well as the rights and obligations of users and The Next Stories SAS.
The aim is to ensure responsible use, compliant with the law and respectful of everyone's rights.

1. Preamble
The present Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern access to and use of the product Autoya, a software solution for the generation and optimization of visual content assisted by artificial intelligence, published by The Next Stories SAS.
Autoya is a product marketed as a web and mobile application. The use of the service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Access to the service
Access to the Autoya service is reserved for:
adults with legal capacity
professional users or equivalent
users with a valid account
The publisher reserves the right to refuse or suspend access to any user who does not comply with these terms of service.
4. Service Description
Autoya allows in particular:
the capture, import, and hosting of photographs
the generation of visual content assisted by artificial intelligence
the editing, optimization, and export of visuals
the use of generated or customized backdrops
the professional exploitation of generated content, subject to the models used
Services are provided as is, and may evolve without notice.
5. Hosting and Data
The photographs and content uploaded by users are hosted:
on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Ireland
within the European Union
in accordance with GDPR requirements
The Next Stories implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures, with no guarantee of complete risk absence.
6. Access to phone features (mobile application)
The Autoya application may request permission to access:
the camera
the photo gallery
the media files on the device
This access is strictly necessary for the service to function.
👉 The user retains control over these permissions at all times, which can be modified or revoked through their device settings.
The Next Stories does not perform any hidden access, nor any collection outside the functional scope of the service.
7. User-provided content (photos, images, media)
The user is solely responsible for the content they capture, import, generate, or utilize through Autoya.
This notably includes:
photographs of vehicles
visible elements in the background
people appearing in the images
private or public places
⚠️ Responsibility regarding photographed individuals
The user agrees to:
respect the right to their image
obtain the necessary permissions when individuals are identifiable
ensure that the images comply with applicable legislation
The Next Stories does not conduct any prior verification of the permissions obtained by the user.
8. Prohibited and Illegal Content
It is strictly prohibited to import, generate, store, or disseminate via Autoya any content:
pornographic or sexually explicit
child pornography or involving minors
violent, hateful, discriminatory, or defamatory
that undermines human dignity
violating the rights of third parties or applicable laws
📌 Liability
The Next Stories acts as a technical intermediary and is not responsible for content uploaded or generated by users.
📌 Security Measures and Sanctions
In case of illegal content or content that is clearly contrary to these Terms of Use, The Next Stories reserves the right to:
immediately suspend the account
delete the relevant content
ban the user permanently
report the matters to the competent authorities if required by law
No compensation or refund can be demanded.
9. Content Generation by Artificial Intelligence
Autoya uses artificial intelligence models provided by third-party vendors via API.
In this regard:
The Next Stories does not own the AI models
each model has its own terms of use
some models may have usage restrictions
The generated content may contain inherent imperfections of the technology.
The user acknowledges that it is his or her responsibility to verify, validate, and utilize the generated content at their own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
The Next Stories remains the owner of all rights related to the Autoya platform
the user retains rights to the content they provide
the rights to generated content are defined according to the AI model used
No transfer of intellectual property of the platform is granted.
11. Suspension and Termination
The Next Stories reserves the right, without notice, to:
temporarily suspend an account
restrict certain features
permanently ban a user
In particular in the case of:
violation of these terms of use
fraudulent or abusive use
generation or distribution of illegal content
endangerment of the service's security
Termination results in the permanent loss of access to the service and unused credits.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Next Stories shall not be liable for:
content uploaded or generated by users
consequences related to the commercial use of visuals
decisions made based on generated content
unavailability related to third-party services
13. Modification of the Terms of Use
The Next Stories reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
Users will be informed of substantial changes. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The present Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nantes.
